But is 17% of the car missing? Tricky call for interested parties actually.

A new one (or one that recently sold now up for profit?)

Looks familiar. As does the selling venue. None the worse for that.

Yeh, I think that was the one up earlier. Definitely the best looking model, 4 wheels bubble window.

Also advertised on eBay: http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/BMW-Isetta-300-Isetta-Isetta-Tricycle-PETROL-1957-0-/261003200745?pt=Automobiles_UK&hash=item3cc500c8e9#ht_1482wt_1398

... for such a pretty car it sure is hard to sell???

Could mean one of two things, maybe the car looks good in the photo's but is rough in the metal, or that prices have fallen out of bed. Maybe a bit of both.

At the risk of getting slammed why would an Isetta be worth much the same as a Messerschmitt? Historically they have been half the price of a Schmitt, ignoring stand out cars. Is this a stand out car. However I accept the market is changing from enthusiast to collector/investor so value sets change.

Another Isetta going cheap!

Not as cheap as this one though!. Surely this is a fraudulent listing lifted from a previous sale from Gateshead?

£2600 BIN seems like a bargain, it looks a bit unoriginal but fairly respectable to me. Is this down to the recession? It seems about half what I would expect.

This fine looking specimen was sold in Gateshead last week for £9627.

It looks like it was a fraudulent item as it has been pulled
