Post by: marcus on March 10, 2015, 05:11:41 PM
Brief shot (rear view) of a Scammell Scarab and trailer, then as camera pans a brief shot of a parked Gordon from about 2.49 :

As none of the available links or procedures seem to work, the YT film is called: Steam Trains (1950-1959)

I would guess abandoned with its villiers engine removed.  ;)  What is the vehicle just in front of it? We only get a momentary gimps of its bonnet.

I've captured a couple of shots from the video for Richard's files. The second photo shows about all we get of Bob's mystery car - I thought Zephyr Mk II when I first saw it, but I'm not so sure now.

I thought you would like it Richard! Rare cars like that don't often get caught on camera.

Also thanks to Malcolm , and not a mention of the two motorcycle combinations wiped out by our three wheelers . Interestingly the other piece of Gordon film that was posted , by whom I cannot recall but possibly Marcus again , also possibly shows a Zephyr ?
