Bond MkA?
« on: February 18, 2011, 11:49:14 AM »
Judging by the quoted cc it sounds like a Bond MkA, though I'm unsure what powered the Minitruck. The seller said he would post pics though these have yet to materialize! So possible basket case but worth investigating.

Would seem to be a Citroen dealer closing down near Frome. Intereseting in itself. Add a Micro and the historical location of a well known Citroen dealing bubbler you wonder if there is a link. He has a early Reliant too. A shagtastic lot of junk. Think the A and B were 122cc were they not.

Likewise, all I got was "photos will be posted and it looks like a Noddy car"  so if Big Al's theory is correct and it is a known bubbler, then I suppose he's playing the 'I really have no idea what it is' game, waiting some punter to hit the 'buy it now' better to drive over and view the thing.

Relisted with a higher price and the addition of photos, it appears to be a MkC! Also there's a description change too... apparently the 125cc thing is nothing to do with it.

... just wondering, do all Bond Cars have a 'Sharps Commercials' plate? Maybe that's where the cc mystery originated?
