Those of you into a broader range of cars will find this new book very interesting.
"Motoring in the last 100 years - The Wolverhampton way
Its a highly detailed account of the development of engines and cars in the period and the people who were instrumental in the shaping the future of motoring from its early roots.
Covering such companies as Villiers, Sunbeam, Guy, Turner, Keift and of course Meadows including the Frisky.
For those of you about to ask, no I am not on commission and yes I have just purchased my copy.
Peter Morrey, a Wolverhampton engineer as a young man worked with Keith Peckmore on the Meadows Frisky and actually drove one of the show cars to the 1958 motor show.
