Title: Peel on AOL.
Post by: Jawmedead on March 20, 2008, 01:11:02 pm
Just found this on AOL. Worst cars of the '60s

(http://i195.photobucket.com/albums/z28/robbie-dee-photos/20080312000609990001.jpg) Peel Trident (1964)
This was described as a "microcar", which misleadingly implies a vague resemblance to something with four wheels. The Peel Trident was "powered" (another misleading term) by a 49cc East German engine producing 4 bhp. It was not a motorbike, it was not a car, it was just a complete waste of time.

We know its not the worst car, I think Rob is just quoting the brain dead motoring journalist on AOL. Never fear Ferdi, we all love em!
