Title: Mystery French white thing which isn't an Acoma

 I seem to have started something by posting a picture of this vehicle in one of the "mystery car" topics, with referances popping up all over the forum. So I thought I'd start a fresh topic with it, in order to make it easer to find.....

You are right, this is a French without licence car.
