Dear John

This City EL is the one that was driven for the City EL article in Rumcar News a few editions ago.
Nikki ( the owner) is a very enthusiastic member of the Battery Vehicle Society and the City EL has been the subject of much attention.

Its a shame she is selling it as she was bringing it to the National rally and I was promised a ride! Oh well, such is life.
