It seems to be a Wendax " Blitzkarren" built in the 1920th in Germany:

So I didn't look.

There was a problem with Google today and it threw up that warning on virtually EVERY web page you searched for and since the above link was a Google Image Search, it threw up the "warning" there as well. The problem has been fixed as I type this. I read about this in my morning GEEK/Internet News.

Yes, i had the same problem with Google. Had this warning on every searched homepage. Fortunately this problem is sorted now.
