Looks nice in this colour. Prefer the boat-back over the beetle-back though. Also prefer the short wheelbase.

I like them very much but not sure if I could handle driving a car with a yellow numberplate with a Q on it. I think the older ones took on the id and number of donor vehicles, still yellow though.

Dear Friends

I see that the JZR sold for £4600 to a German Gentleman from Stuttgart.

Not a bad price for such a nice little car ( Too small for me to get into : Bob)

I'm not surprised Chris, I have been keeping an eye on these cars and many of them go to Germany, there is a strong following for them over there.  Are you familiar with the Heathfield Slingshot? I'm my opinion the most beautiful of all the morganesque modern cyclecars. Barrel backed of course. See page 119 of Chris Rees book,  Three-wheelers.

The Slingshot is indeed a fine looking and high quality machine, I have seen one in the flesh.

Dear Bob and Marcus

The only thing I know about the slingshot is from Chris Rees book. Never seen one.

Drove a Pembleton yesterday, Good Fun. More in RCN 101.
