Oooooo! Excuse me a moment whilst this Oxford boy gets a bit overexcited over the "spare" number on the grille: EJO - an old Oxford number! :o If it's not needed for the car Richard, the Oxfordshire Rest Home for Tatty Old Number Plates just so happens to have a vacancy....... ;) ;D

Proper Topo's are much better news than post war ones and Simca versions which tends to be what turns up over here. They always look great done too. Not a car for me but I appreciate them. I am willing to bet the quality of parts is better than the FSM (Faringdon Sado Masochism) 126 I am doing at the moment. I forgot how appalling some cars can be having been working on proper stuff for a while. Still someone will hopefully love it and so far I have fixed everything using my cunning and bit boxes. Not so sure about the window winder though. Laurie Bond would have been proud of it on the Mk A. Thunderbirds are - snapped! The cars are Poles appart, na hah!
