Title: Shouldn't some die gracefully?

This thing must be the most butchered mutant of a KR.  Why has it been so badly cut about and mutilated?  What's going on with the dash?!   

Like humans some have an easy life and some not so..........

It has had a hard life hasn't it but never the less resurrectable.

Done up worse than this car. It is amazing what folk will do and the amount of structural integrity they are prepared to remove in the bid to create something that generally does not work. However I am no longer interested in taking on cars in this state. The cost of restoration is to great to enjoy the result which would have to be sold to recoup the investment. Fine for making a few quid if you want but otherwise pointless unless you are rather keen to own a 'Schmitt.

More utter excreta!!!   Anything can be rebuilt but the KR really is a bucket of rubbish. 

I think us bubble owners who can simply turn the key and trundle away should be grateful...

Class Beemer. It is in its most reliable state as far as I am concerned but I can point you at quite a few similar examples I am very pleased not to own.
