Looks very much the same as my Norjska Shopper or the 'mobile nose' as it has been called.

Now that I like... though I'm in agreement with Al, so I'm guessing another vehicle built under license elsewhere.

 I like it, I like it! I always felt the original Norjska's looked "unfinished" with just the front canopy & nothing behind it, but this one, with its rear bodywork, just about has it right....   :)  Get rid of the whitewalls & those wing mirrors & dull that paint down a bit & I could go for that! Hmmm, I wonder if one of those back ends could be found for Alan's one.....
