He keeps mentioning the word rare, though isn't this the 3rd or 4th one he's sold so far... ::)
-
He's now brought over as many as there was in the whole country when I had mine on the road.... ::)
-
sorry i must be missing something . they did used to be affordable so that was in their favour . otherwise ....... i dont get it . must be me again ;D

Still rarer than Peels here then and remains usable and bonkers. The market finds a level and 'to many' will provide the answer. I am still uncertain where these fit in the lexicon of smallest production cars, second?

Why did it end at that crazy price???
I can get them at less than 500 euros!

It didn't, it's what's called shill bidding http://reviews.ebay.co.uk/How-To-Spot-Shill-Bidding-On-eBay_W0QQugidZ10000000004031741 (http://reviews.ebay.co.uk/How-To-Spot-Shill-Bidding-On-eBay_W0QQugidZ10000000004031741)

The Break went up above £1700 and the sale price was £1620 so the highest bid must have been retracted. A good indication of shill bidding. I entered into some communication with the seller whi was keen to find out how much I thought it would be worth - it might be a coincidence that the figures I suggested were in that range. There is another very low km Acoma Break in France if anyone is interested, for less money but it looks a bit worse due to storage.

Market now ever egged I feel. Perhaps mine is best left selling white goods out of a shop window - strange but true.
