Title: Heartbeat country
Post by: Bob Purton on September 12, 2011, 11:25:01 am
Last week on my yorkshire holiday I had occasion to visit Goathland {aidendfield} of Heartbeat fame. There is not much there really only the Aidensfield arms , Bernie Scrips garage  a couple of shops and the Steam railway station. I managed a swift half in the Aidensfield arms and took a few pics. The inside of the pub looks tiny, I guess they use a wide angle lens. Saw a couple of classic cars but alas no sign of Gina's red Isetta! here are a few pics.

Nice!
We played at Holmfirth Festival a few years ago, and quite a lot of filming is also done there.
No Isettas there either!
