We do, thats the good thing of living in France, but we would probably have to sell a load of Nobel and Schmitt parts top fit it all!

To me that souns very cheap, transport is the only problemn

Slightly odd collection of parts as things like the front suspension seem to have been parted out unless those are more ex stock arms. Bit short on engines for all the chaincases. So I assume that a few cars have been restored and this is the pool of parts left. Given the bodyshells it is an interesting price but it is spares as I cannot see a complete car out of even all that stuff. It is roughly the same sort of amount of stock as I had left on selling off all my Treinkels. I wonder if the HTC Ltd will go for it? They bought me out of the surplus some years back and much of that stock has been sold on through second hand spares so they could do with some more.

Hmm. Thinks

Mannhiem Veterama in a few weeks time. Shed full of spares in Germany. Own running and legal large van. Have space at home.

Assemble these facts into a plan and you could buy the spares, collect them, go to Mannhiem and using trade contacts sell off parts to return at least part of the purchase price by selling stuff off and return to Britain with a stash of junk to knock out yielding a margin plus a paid trip to the best Autojumble of the year.

Pity I am not trading anymore!

I went in 08 and it's got a good vibe and did see some oddities, though from what I hear it's catering for more and more bikes as opposed micros each year.

My dad can't stop going.

In the old days, it used to be aworth the trip to go there. Now, he only goes there since he has gone for many years in a row. You always see interesting things, last time my dad bought some sachs tools, but not worth a 1400m trip. (about)

I am going to try and go this year, I went there for the first time last year, loved it! I only bought a Nobel rear lamp for 5 euros though ;)
I will probably try to find parts for the go kart and Nobel, and also parts to sell.

HTC Ltd are aware of this auction and a feasibility discussion has been had and a van is available. Could be interesting. Good luck chaps.

doesn't seem long ago that two of the first directors of HTC Ltd dumped a load of second hand parts in a skip as you know al . perhaps they have seen the light - EVENTUALLY . they should have been shot ! g-o-g-g-o and i - amongst others were horrified to hear it . g-o-g-g-o had been custodian of them for years .

not sure if i would trust them now , they are still there  :'(

Do not recall that. They bought loads of stuff off me after collecting the second hand stuff off Mike using my van and temporary storage in the studio. It was seeing what junk they valued that gave me the idea to sell up. Maybe it was some of that they chucked as there was a load of inert stock. I would be against it as eventually anything has a value. Of course much of the flooded stock got chucked too, despite Dave and I attempting to get some of it. So the nuts had been swilled in poo flavoured water. Its still a nut and a load of disinfectant in a bin would kill of the bugs. Bit of a waste really.

Horrifies me too! I could have used those parts on something, probably another piece of crap to go in the garage ;)
