yes but why didn't he put messerschmitt,heinkel, bond,peel,scootacar ,frisky etc. in the heading !!

Not for me, but looks like an interesting project for someone, with reasonable prospect of completion, and quite a useful vehicle. Not that well known in UK so potentially more valuable abroad.
