I am a fan of the spare wheel. Is this the 1955 car that is not again? It has a pointy boot like a later car for a start. Seems to be a fad for fake '55's at the moment so any purchase needs to be verified as far as I am concerned. Interesting selection of optional extras I would bin at the first opportunity. Perhaps if I left them behind the car might be cheaper.

And for a good car it is probably still a sellers market rendering the question more a case of what can I afford by looking hard. Either that or its buy a project time. Bruce's auction will hold things up till it happens and who knows what happens after that. Unhappy times for the budget Schmitt seeker I fear.

Also strange the way the trim panels are attached to the tube frame.
