Interesting Trident and Scootacar on EBay which might cause Perry some interest ;D
-
Love the part were he says "no silly offers please!"
Are we allowed to say no silly asking prices please?
-
One must first define what 'silly' means I suspect. I wonder if the seller would consider a part exchange.....
All very entertaining however. Hopefully Richard and Mike can report back after inspecting them at Beaulieu if the don't sell before then :D

Must have bought too much red paint.

cheeky ! how do you know they're not on Mikes stall anyway ;)

What's happening - all of a sudden there are so many rare microcars for sale;
2 Scootacars, a Peel Trident, Bond MkD, Bamby, Kr200s and Isettas on Ebay
2 other Peel Tridents and a Mk2 Scootacar for sale at the National last weekend, and a TG500 at Bonhams Goodwood sale on 14th.
That lot will keep Alastair busy.

May be the recession has caught up with folk. Mind you at these asking prices they will still be own the cars this time next year.
-
I guess the TG500 price paid at the Goodwood Auction on proves that despite the recession there are still collectors out there with deep pockets.
So if i wanted to buy one, what is a normal price for a Scootacar or genuine Peel Trident then?
I guess the Scootacar would be genuine, but were the Peel cars for sale at the NMCR genuine cars from the IOM factory or replicas ?
