I think this is one of the build-it-yourself designs that featured in this magazine over a period of a few years. They had a few velocar designs as well.

I like the styling. From the picture, which is from a time when pictures and photographs tended to exaggerate  it is hard to know how big it really is, it looks at least as long as a KR.

I was wondering why it had Spocked wheels. Not an unpleasant style, if the art is to be believed. But did any live long and prosper?
