Title: Bond MkD query

Hi,

I'm putting a MkD back together. I bought it in bits so it is a bit of a puzzle.

I'm now rewiring it and I'm having trouble working out where the fuse box should be mounted?

From what is left of the original wiring harness, it looks like the fuse box should be located about 4 inches from the light/ign switch on the dashboard but then again the harness has been seriously modified in the past. I can see no obvious mounting holes for the fuse box on the car............

Can anybody point me in the right direction?

Think I've worked it out.

Does it really hang down off the bottom of the dashboard? Seems a mad place for it?!

It does, I was trying to find a half decent photo, but hopefully this will do.

I appear to have the wrong fuse box and I'm missing a bracket. Going to need to improvise I guess.

While I'm at it, where does the coil mount on to?
