Title: Suspended Bond?

A friend tells me:

got chatting to a chap about what car I was bringing to the upcoming Transport Day who said "Oh a Bond, just like the one suspended from the ceiling in that cinema is it?"
Neither he nor I have any idea what or where he meant. Anyone here know?
