All I know is that I THINK I have seen it before and I KNOW that I want one!

Also it's different enough from Noddy's car that the Noddy colour scheme appeals to me.

The 1939 Moto-Scoot "Moto-Kar", it seems.

 http://content.usatoday.com/communities/driveon/post/2011/10/mystery-car-107-a-car-thats-a-scooter-er-moto-scoot/1#.VHL-lYusWSo
tells us that:

" ... on display at the Petersen Automotive Museum in Los Angeles.

It's cute, but it might have been hard to get around town. It mustered only about 2 horsepower. The Moto Scoot came in lots of configurations, including one with a heavy bumper for racing and one with a cargo body for freight. You could even get it with pontoons instead of wheels and an airplane-style propeller for lake travel, sort of a forerunner to the Jet Ski, according to the museum.

Sounds like it wasn't terribly successful on land or water, but it does make for a nice museum piece."

Ah, another one! Well done Dave.   Does anyone know any details, type of motor, displacement, country of origin etc?
