Great looking machine though what class of vehicle is it triporteur or microcar?

Oh, well done, Triporteur!  A cracker, isn't it?  I'd be tempted but
for the Secma Project...

Yes indeed a real cracker,this one! Never seen one before.
 Guess you can call it either a microcar or a triporteur, anyway.
