Title: Mini-Comtesse rear name sticker
Post by: Stuart Cyphus on September 27, 2007, 06:10:26 pm
I am looking into having the "Mini-Comtesse" name sticker that is fixed to the bottom right-hand corner of the rear of a 1972-79 Mini-Comtesse remade. Anyone interested in a brand spanking new one for their own vehicle? (Ferdi?) or to put on the mantlepeice? (John?)  Cost each possibly about £5, depending how many folk want one.

Alas not Ian, the 800E type has a proper little metal badge reading "Mini-Comtesse". What's more, your one currently sat on my drive actully has all its badges present and correct,  :o  which must be a rare thing.

Oh damn, I should have kept my mouth shut about that. Now I can't swipe the badge for myself!   ;D   ;)   :-*

I shall be seeing our head of design & printing at work very shortly about the possibility of him dashing me some off when the boss is looking the other way. (cue lots of furtive glances left & right in a darkened corridor) Only truble is, we're in the middle of some big contracts at the moment and the printers are almost running 24 hours a day right now so its not easy for him to find some gaps for the under-the-table work......

Watch this space though for further announcements......
