YUK!! I don't know what the owner started out with but that is nothing like a 1953 Regent!  Just about every detail on the thing is totaly & utterly wrong. Roof is too low, wheels are wrong, front end is off the planet....  Need I go on?  It never ceases to amaze me how "wrong" most of the restorations of a girder-forker are, there are enough pictures & details around these days of factory original ones to surely get it right by now....

this one was advertised as it looks but unrestored about 6 months ago, obviously a homemade attempt at modernising it in the 50's,the owner has tried to sell it on the r3w forum(ie the bloke who "restored" it)its been very quickly and very badly handpainted, with no attention to detail, and extremely horrid.avoid.

also liars, apart from the fact that you can buy a new one for around half that, that one looks a lot later than 1966,and top speed is aproaching 20 mph,not 35!!!!
