If the Shalako ? Was based on a VW Beetle and the next a Skoda ? How do either belong on our MICROCAR site ?

I didn't know what it was but it was suggested that it was a microcar (USA).
Do we need to know exactly if it fits in the microcar definition (600cc and 700cc limits still unclear) before it is posted?  Catch 24 I think  :)
