It's the one-off prototype Keeble K3. Built by in Titchfield in the 1990s by Jim Keeble formerly of Gordon-Keeble fame.

Ooo, bit of a surprise after that rather swish car.
So is a Gorden Keeble really just the front of a K3 bolted to the rear of a Gordon with 8 Villiers lumps in a V formation? Needle nardle noo.
