Not a RUM member alas, but a member (Richard Prior?) of the Battery Vehicle Sociaty. I (the I.C.R) first saw this one about two years ago, and it is indeed in really good nick. All the details on the listing are correct (makes a change!), tis indeed a 1950 Nelco Solocar.
