The Graf-Carello is indeed a mobility scooter, & one of the higher-quality ones avalible in Germany, being built near Bonn. (the British equivilant being the Batricar Alpha 2000) The company also acts as sole German agents for the Dutch Waaijenberg Canta & were instramental in designing the Elektro-Canta, an electric version of the Canta specific to Germany to take advantage of their 20kph speed limits for disabled vehicles.
