Hmmmm, now that Poinard is interesting!   I can neither conform nor deny any disabled connection, becuse I have next to no knoleage of the French conveyance sceane, but what a beauty!!!   :o   :-*  Not too sure about that back end though, but doesn't it look just like a Brutsch Mopetta from the front?  :D  I love the windscreen. It cant be much more than 18 inches wide, yet it has (the remains of) a very thick center bar which the driver must have spent all his time cursing and peering round....
