Lovely old cars! A chap from Upminster, the next town along from me at Hornchurch used to own one of these and he would drive it regularly, we often saw it at the Battlesbridge car show. Apparently they are quite usable vehicles by all accounts. If not a microcar they are certainly in the spirit of.
