i would give the points a really good clean,they will have furred up over the last few yrs.My Minor was totally dead after being stood for 6 months,cleaned the fur off the points and it was away.I cant remember replacing any ignition pars apart from the plugs,and the LT lead so everything else was working fine,of course anything could have happened to them since then!

I have fulfilled a long held ambition to own a proper Reliant van,and now have an unrestored 1974 750cc Robin van which i hope to go to some rallies and camp with.

where did they get the measurements for making the mould?

To be honest it will be interesting to witness the finished article....

I'll keep you posted Dan on how I get on with the Regal. I love it though. It's utterly bonkers!! (and sooo unmessed with. no skulduggery anywhere)
