Well Stuart. you could always put your money where your mouth is and buy it! It looks to me like an unfinished project, proberbly never had an engine fitted so you wouldnt so much be saving a car but an idea. As far as it being one of Fitz Fends earlier attempts, why would it have isetta components? Having said that it does match the dubious styling of the Flitzer, that too looks like Fred Jenkins made it in the shed. Fred Jenkins? What happen to Joe blogs ?

 Just found this on Fred. He's in USA too. But I doubt wether he had anything to do with the Scmittefrankenstein!

I just did a search in Stuarts name and he must be real  ??? Up came loads of info. about the Guy and Conveyences. Great stuff. ;D

Oh yes. I just searched Stuart too. Well, is this boy famous?!!! I have never seen so many references to a single person on google!
 Now we know why he bills himself Most fabulous person in the universe. It appears to be quite a rare name. Interestingly on page three there is a reference to a Seamus Cyphus contradicting the Parisian rumor that Stuart was scottish, it now appears there is some Irish blood im him, I'm saying no more!
