Andrew:  Model 70's are 53 inches wide (from experience :D, another story), 54 inches tall and 118 inches long.  Both Model 70's from AC and Invacar are the same.  Ian.

 And just to confuse things further, this one in Yeovil is not a Model 70 but rather an AC Acedes Mk 15. This being the type from which the Model 70's basic bodyshell was taken. Note the lack of rear wheel arches which would have been very useful for Ian in Wales last April.....    ;) Thus discount at least four inches from each side on this one.

 DPD 887J is a Combe Martin escapee & like the Amberley Carter, was on eBay twice last July. The owner doesn't have a clue about it, contacted me, & promised much photos etc, but never produced. Probibily becuse I wasn't telling him what he wanted to hear about the vehicle....  Basically, no it isn't his ticket to a goldmine. No it isn't the only one left in the whole of existance and no it wasn't built by Bert Greeves! This thing is an AC not an Invacar.....   ::)
