I've never seen one of those, very comical looking, looks like it's not sitting on its chassis

Dear Marcus

You only have to look on page 37 of edition 100 of Rumcar News to see a Ferves Ranger.

Duh ! Actually your pic in RCN is from a different angle and the wheel arches are more in shadow, so it looks more like it is sitting on its chassis, whereas the ebay one really looks like it's hovering above its chassis. That's my excuse and I am sticking to it.
I did read your interesting article, and every word in the rest of RCN 100. Perhaps it's just failing memory....I wonder what is in RCN 100...DUH !

Dear Marcus

I know what it is. My articles are always at the back so by the time you get to them you are just about dropping off to sleep. So technically you are reading the words, but your ability to remember them is diminished. Would I be about right???

That must the reason why Marcus plays drums. It's to keep himself awake!  ;D

Admittedly I did read it last Sunday night after a heavy week end, and although it was a great issue the whole way through I think Chris has a point, because I have had another look today and seen other things more fully, hooray!
In the 80s when I was burning the candle both ends and in the middle with one of my inventions I had a big gig in London. It was a loud, hard fast rock/new wave/goth band, with drumming to match, and I actually feel asleep mid-song. Big Andy on guitar said he was playing, then suddenly there was no beat, looked round, and I was lying on the floor snoring!
