Hi Insight, Jackie and Bob
Thanks for your reply - I got my CA Bedford to the event at 9.30 - when I was told by Insight NOT to go onto the field but to park my van next to all the other car in the camping field - you were approached again around 10 ish to ask you once again if I could park my van in the Autojumble spot, this time I was supported by Steve Bayliss ( another Marshall) and still you said that my van had to stay where it was - I gave up and Jackie Lane had to ask you, for permission to load up at the end of the day.
I presumed I was the only Autojumble stand there - but there may have been others that were not allowed to unload - I've still yet to find the rule that you quote saying unload BETWEEN 9 - 10 on Sunday morning - perhaps I ought to look for a Tempo 3 wheel truck, or not take another autojumble stand at the Rumcar event!!
I did take my full Autojumble to the East Anglian Microcar Event - parked NEXT TO MY STALL, and did sell my Isetta engine and a few brochures.
The Rumcar Weekend is the only Autojumble that I've attended in the last 35 years where I have not been allowed to unload - If it is a mistake on your part admit it - not make up rules that I have complies with.
Mike
