Richard, Alastair Lauchland is in charge of the Register and he is the only person who can delete a vehicle from the Register. The only time a a vehicle is deleted from the Register is when it is scrapped. Once a vehicle is Registered with the Register of Unusual Microcars it is on there until it is broken up and scrapped. We may not know who has custody of the car, because we are reliant on the successive owners keeping the Register informed of changes. So if you can prove that a vehicle has in fact been scrapped then please contact Alastair with the Rumcar No, chassis number and registration number and he will take the necessary action. Jean
