About your Bamby, I know of a few examples that did manage sustained use on the roads, one was converted to electric, another had a 125 Piaggio motor transplant and my own which was the one sold at the bubblecar museum auction also with an engine change[Suzuki CP80, the mounting holes are the same as cs50 as fitted]. All had mods done to the brakes, you will find that there is no fluid reservoir, you have to top up the cylinder its self with a tea spoon, complete madness! How it ever got road legal in the first place is a mystery to me. Great body shape though, shame they didn't stick with the gull wing door. Good acquisition Stuart, I'm jealous!
