Has anyone got a copy of Tonys first book to sell?

I've seen that one. Just holding fire at the mo'.. Thanks for pointing it out however.

My Trident.  It sits in slumber at the moment. I intend to refinish it as it's a bit tired on the base and door (E185 was once a toy for a youngster. I bet most met this fate and got scrapped. The vent area was cut out to let the kiddy in!! Luckily the original piece of door was kept and rebonded).  Th edome on it from Frank was useless. I have a new Carter dome which will look totally out of place on the tatty gel-coat. The engine is as new and has very strong compression. Looking at the tyres i'd say this Trident's done 2-300 miles. I intend to take it to Peel in '07 to the annual Manx show. It will be sorted by then (I hope)..

How's your Trident?  All done?  Coming to Peel next year?

Good to hear  about it.
My Trident E 131 is nearly fine again. It wasn't good to leave the car in a museum for 11 years. There was some small paintwork to do and the engine needs some attention, but everything works again. Sadly the weather in Germany is pretty bad. So the car was not been driven yet.

Good good.  You want to test on the road? What the highway? Pardon? Have you been smoking something?

What's the deal in Germany with regards to registering it for road use? Thought your TUV was strict! Can it be registered?

Not driving on the highway. Don't want to shock road users, but i did use the Peel in the city in former times from time to time.
Sorry mate, i gave up smoking a long time ago ;D !!
I do  use the Peel with a red moped trader plate. Anyway our coppers don't know to deal with a Peel, so they have to believe what i say.
