Acoma on eBay
« on: June 30, 2011, 05:06:32 pm »
Item 110709185757 on eBay
Compares the Acoma Comtesse Brake to a $12,000 car in the USA.
Have a look at the pictures and see if you can see the damage to the FG on the front corner and inside at the same place?

Your wit is wasted on this forum, you should be on stage (or in the stocks).

The Advertiser of the Mini Comtesse Break has updated the advert to include the damage.

'As you can see there is some damage to the front but this is fibreglass so easy repair. And its not a 12,000 dollar price'

It's up to £739 with 9 days left!
For anyone interested in trips which include the A12, the stated top speed for one of these is 27.76km/h - thats on the flat with no wind and probably a 14 year old 6st Driver!
Even suffolk would be a bit too mountainous for one of these.

This Comtesse Brake is the one John Johnson of Bournemouth (The former Inacoma and Inaheinkel of this forum) brought over from France in February 2007 along with an Addex and what I suspect is your own current Willam Barry.  :)  He mentioned damage to the front corner at the time and as far as I know there are no other Brakes in the UK.

Most people laughed at me when I got into the Funny French Fhings all those years ago. Now at last it would seem they are having their day...   :)

Where is Inacoma now? - has he a new name or no longer interested?
