I'm curious about whatever this is, but assuming that its microcar related, whatever it is I missed it!

I did enjoy this programme about the S&D with John Betjemen though http://youtu.be/dDrQkg8lOGc

Just had a look on full screen, sorry my mistake. At about 10 mins 30 two vehicles cross the level crossing, an Austin 1100 from the left then what I thought was a rther unusual Scootacar look-alike, I thought it might be Ford's electric commuter car or something similar. On big screen I see it is the cab of a Thames pick up.

Sorry! Anyway, will have a look at the JB, cheers!

Nice clip. Both times I performed at Glastonbury Festival I walked along that part of the old S&DJR that runs through the site, it's a very evocative place.

Guilty as charged! I knew it was too square to be a Scootacar, but I thought it looked like some of those square 70s electric concept/promo cars.

My heart missed a beat as it did look like something wee until you realised there was a bed behind it. What was a common sight is no longer and the old brain is not so sharp at recognising a Thames as it was when they were in regular use.
