My Trojan had got about as bad as that! It was bought from the original owner by a RUMster who then sold it to another person who started the restoration well but became ill,  it then had several other owners and further worsening of condition and then part resto work until I bought it and completed it.

And the festering heap, along with several engines and additional parts to restore the damaged botty of a modified Trojan are coming to a place very near you, Richard! I was going to suggest he might get in touch as he could have some problems. I will know when I see the car as to quite how big a job it is. Well worth the doing and a good end to a totalled car by using it to turn another back to original.

sounds interesting , by all means put him in touch. to you of course " a place near me " could be anywhere North of Watford . A couple of years ago my Folkestone based sales manager came out with the bombshell -  Richard , you cover the North of England - you can cover Scotland as well !!

AP's argument for living level with Carlisle is that it is half way up mainland Great Britain and thus central for fetching and carrying cars and bikes. Where did he originate - The Wirral. It is your destiny to seek out other Scandinavian blooded colonies and for ever flog them goods.

carlisle maybe half way up britain but population sparce therefore logically finds ditto . after saying that the prices for cornwall, cumbria etc. on ebay seem lower - buyers factoring in collection costs .
