I doubt that this is anything to do with golf, as the wheels/tyres are to narrow and would dig into the course.

I think because it says Palmer on it he is putting 2 + 2 together and making 5

I agree, this is not for golf!! Thanks for making me realize the possible inferred connection to Arnold, but this wasn't intended.

I was referring to the possible connection between the manufacturer of the three-wheel Electric Pal wheelchair transporter (1960-1980), Palmer Sales of AZ, (who has "fallen off the face of the earth"), and this manufacturer in NY Palmer Industries of a later date. Maybe they are both related to AP? Anyway, if anyone knows what happened to Palmer Sales and Service of Phoenix Arizona, let me know. Ian.
