Yes this has been up for sale for a while. I do not think the owner really knows what he has which suggests a small time trader who has probably noshed the car up. I have always fancied one of these but experience with Kitcars leads me to suspect it will be a rebuild and thus need time and have to be very cheap. Even so I have to much on and no space. There were several made with Jag bits, nice. I believe there is a lawn mower about among the various variations on this general design.

The auction photos are nearly useless, but that looks to be the oversized soulmate of, and therefore perfect tow vehicle for, my KV.  Don't worry, though, it's safe from American predation:  I'm in no position to bring it over.

Dear Stuart

Thank you for thinking of me. I am a great fan of Hustlers and Threadbare is correct in saying that most kit cars need to re engineered and the Hustler is no exception.

Many years go I was given a 4 wheel mini based Hustler. It was a real Eco car, It had a Ply wood chassis and body, a wooden steering wheel, wooden seats and it wouldn't go!

The plywood was so rotten that it ended up on the compost heap.

I think if I bought another Hustler my wife would blow a fuse and a few other things besides.

Thank you for thinking of me. If anybody does fancy a Hustler of the wheeled variety, I am vailable for consultations on the subject.
