It does remind me of a golf-buggy isetta conversion I've seen pictures of. Anyone know what museum it came from?

Offered as a unique prototyp, i am sure this "Thing" is homemade as several others like BMW or Goggomobile been made.
Anyway it does look nice, doesn't it !
