Kleinschnittger

Original project albeit a bit bashed about: http://cgi.ebay.de/Kleinschnittger-F125-Ersten-Original-/260732048269?pt=Automobile&hash=item3cb4d7538d#ht_1007wt_923

There seems a few micros sharing the garage but I wonder what's hiding under the red cover?

First time I have seen one with a hood!  Nice project for somebody but they would have to be handy with aluminium panel beating!

the rest of the garage is probably filled with Mochets
this is the same seller that had that big Mochet collection up at one point.  He is a Mochet nut.

I think he had this car up once on eBay in the past and it did not sell.  Or maybe it was another one that was missing all of its paint.
I did not read the description but he could possibly be selling this for someone else.  When I spoke with him several years ago he mentioned that he tried to have a yearly picnic for all the ex Kleinschnittger workers.  He is apparently surrounded by them.

No, I didnt, I was on Holiday at the time. I go on holiday with a group of friends each year but I dont get to choose the date, it invariably falls on the same weekend as the national! I saw a few in germany but all were hoodless. Good to know we have a hoody in the uk!

Be careful! I bought a Mochet from this guy, Dino.

As I am still waiting for Dino to send all those parts for the Mochet he promised in the sales contract,
I would be very careful to buy anything without having physically seen and checked it.
He sold me the Mochet clearly saying "no welding needed"... We have 22 holes up to 8" diameter so far.

Promised PDF documents never received.

Promised parts (in sales contract!) such as rear light cover etc. never received.

I am very disappointed and frustrated by his behaviour. Until you pay,
he is the most helpful person in the world, then you will never hear again -
except excuses "busy" call later" whatever...
