Bubblecar Museum news

Looking on the squinternet I see that the Bubblecar Museum has a new website. They are still dialled into the Micro Maniacs and have had a Vintage Scooter meet this year at their new Langrick premises. Continuing the skeleton calendar of events this year, while they build buildings, campsite and all, is a Fireworks celibration over the weekend of November the 5th. You need to book as they have limited space at the moment.
The Museum is looking to have an opening bash next spring. It will also be available to host events. I understand that the cars on display in the buildings are likely to be more Micro and Minicar based in the American understanding. This makes it more interesting for the casual visitor who will see recognisable cars to jog the memory amongst rarer and more unusual exhibits. This makes sense. The finished campsite is bigger than that at Byairds Leap, as is a designated rally/events field. The site backs onto the River so maybe there will be some aquatic activities as well.
