Not sure if I've seen a three wheeled one, unless I'm getting it confused with Electrodyne: http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/Vintage-Electric-Car-Rare-/280736102221?pt=US_Cars_Trucks&hash=item415d2cf74d#ht_500wt_1182

I only remember three-wheel Electra Kings, though I have heard before that there were some four wheeled ones (industrial trucks?), but never seen one.  Their (B & Z - Longbeach) other vehicles were also three wheel.  I have three B & Z's vehicles, all are three-wheel and also to note, all have 24 volt motors, running from two 12 volt batteries.  Maybe the motor can handle 36 volts and then of course the seller's stated top speed may be correct.  Mine will top out at not more than twenty mph, and that would be a very rough ride.  It is nice to note as well, that this one has the open body with different roof, most have doors with windows etc. and A-pillars by windscreen.    Ian.
