Don't drink alcohol beverage, gave it up when I was 15 after a drunken ride on my bicycle. 

Now Ovaltine, that's different. Usually have it about 2 am. A large mug full, five spoons of chocolate flavoured, mixed with two spoons of coffee mate and two spoons of sugar in hot water. Just the stuff to help have a good kip.

thanks al it's fine it always niggles but rarely like it used to all those years ago . now wheres my claim form for whiplash  - actually a pet subject of mine , apparently insurance companies expect it with every bump and £2000 odd is uncontested ! i will NOT be putting in such a claim - i think the whole whiplash thing is usually nonsense , who had ever heard of it 25 years ago ?

The only whiplash I heard of in 1989 and earlier is something scantily clad ladies of the night used on their clients?

It used to be a standing joke in American comedy, The Fortune Cookie with Jack Lemmon and Walter Matthau being a notable example. Difficult to understand why its treated with such reverence.
