hello friends, our french nat's will be the last weekend of august in burgundy ,as  usual ..
registrations will be soon on line on website ( bubblecars.aero-jean-do.com)
but you can be on the first line if you want to visit our Burgundy and meet other bubblecars ' friends , by sending us an aemail

Looks great! Sadly its too far from us, nothiung ever happens over here!

Hopefully we will do another pyrenees rally, but the past 4 rallies (pyrenees rally and manresa twice in a row) I had to miss because of school...

Well, 400 km each way is quite a bit

We should make a meeting at our house... We have enough cars, but not enough drivers

aaaaaahhhhh jonathan, you know that when your father or other objec's t addicts get in their cars with trailor , at 4 in the morning to drive more than 400 km some time , to pick up the rare objet, quickly before other friends heard about it , kilometers are not a brake !!!...

It's a shame the meeting is the last weekend in August, as it clashes with the Dutch Rally and sometimes we try to attend and see some of my wife's relations at the same time. Nothing is yet planned for this year, so we'll see.             Nick.

Permission to say I noticed that?

It will Bank Holiday and silly prices to cross the channel. Therefore all the better as a timed raid in a Microcar taking advantage of a cunningly bought ticket or as a proper holiday to get the benefit of a reasonable deal on the crossing, folks. Add to this that the National Rally is a weekend later and no need to rush back.

Does France have a Bank Holiday on that Monday as a few folk could drift down, not looked at maps to see the distance?

hi friends,
what weekend chosing to please all of us .... not easy !
when we got the castle's site in 2008 ; the only weeknd free ,when we decided to create this french nat's , was " the last of august" !
as it was holidays for all, as it was a biennale, as the site was the best ,as we wanted to be in the european calendar in the best position  ( between manresa spanish nat's biennale ) we get this days as us
. then nederland dwac said this was their ...( but each year) .then frenchies were still in hollidays , other where preparing school season .......hard to have all  guys happy
unfortunately, my job gets me quite each weekend from may to october , on the road going on big events for job  , and let me out of quite all events i would like to discover ...
so don't worry ... we'll be happy to have there  who will come  .. burgundy is finest wine & food 's country  !

Hmm! Dutch do good catering and beer. French do the best catering and wine. I think the French win that element of the argument.

Dear Jean Do and all the people who attend the Bisbi National Rally.

Your Frenglish is almost perfect. Better than our attemps at French.

It would be nice to get some of our cars down to your rally, and to see some rare French cars at our National Rally, seeing as we are neighbours it would be nice. We see Dutch and German microcar each year and the occassional French Microcar owner.

With the Olympics  in London finished, I hope that travel costs will not be too high on the ferry boats and tunnel.
